Looking for a decent pair of Telemark skis cheap...?
Alright so I spent 21 days in the backcountry tele skiing last winter, and I am looking to get a decent pair of Tele Skis for this upcoming winter. The problem is I have very little money, and I am in Ohio (7 months left) Any ideas where I can get a decent pair cheap?
Sierra Trading Post has some as low as 50% off MSRP. The Atomic Tacoras are pretty good on groomers and not bad in deep freshies. They are $246.00 on the website. The Atomic Kongurs are $378 but are a better all-around ski in my opinion. (I've skied both of them.)
They also have some BD Crossbows for $331. This is a sick price for a very awesome ski. I want to get a pair myself but my wife said no. We had a demo set of these at the store I used to work at and I "borrowed" them all the time.
Check eBay too. Got my last two pair of boots on eBay. Slightly used but in excellent condition.
