How can I have more confidence and hit the jump of 40 feet (skiing)?
I'm pretty good at skiing, can do 360 jumps smaller and stuff, and I jumped all the jumps on my mountain, but this again is really great from 40 feet, and I really need to hit this weekend. The problem is that I'm afraid! as I'm afraid of not going fast enough and knuckles or going to fast and overrun it. Or anything that I do not know, but I need more confidence. How can I overcome this fear?
Training a kicker is never a good idea if the prime rate falls, struck him. Definitely visualize it as others said, but you should also check the lip and landing before coming to nothing, and directly into the air once before pulling a trick. After the first jump, you get a little adrenaline and a smile shortly after the second and was dizzy as you turn to look at the jump you will think "that's what I fear?" Just go out and not concentrating too much on the jump, you know that goes to the ground and relax. You will be throwing him off tour at any time. One more thing, stay as relaxed as possible, especially if you know you'll eat. If you tense up and try to catch yourself, definitely going to hurt. Obviously trying to avoid hitting his head, but otherwise, stay limp til you bounce to a stop, you get up and ride fine.
